Prescription refills are issued during office hours only. Calls for prescription refills should be made as early in the day as possible. This allows the staff to contact your pharmacist so you may get your prescription the same day. (Please do not wait until your medications are completely used before calling for refills.) When placing your call to us, please have your prescription number, name of medication, and dosage available along with the telephone number of your pharmacy. If you call between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., your prescription will be called in that afternoon. Calls received between 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. will be called by 10:00 a.m. the next day. If you are scheduled for an appointment, please check your prescriptions and ask your doctor for any refills at that time.
